pre-order shipping

this is a pre-order drop. all orders from the first drop ship by April 2026. we'll email you with tracking info as soon as your hat is on the way.

shipping methods & timing

once your order ships, standard delivery within the US takes 5–7 business days. orders shipping to Hong Kong typically take 7–14 business days. we're working on getting faster options for future drops.

shipping cost

shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

international shipping

we currently ship to the US and Hong Kong. if you're outside those areas and want in, email us at hello@snarkybarks.com — we'll do our best to make it work.

tracking

you'll get a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships. if it's been a while and you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder first (we get it), then email us.
