when will my hat ship?

this is a pre-order. your hat ships by April 2026. we'll email you tracking the second it's on the way.

will i be charged now or when it ships?

now. you're charged in full at checkout. no surprises later — your hat is locked in.

can i cancel my pre-order?

yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped. just email us at hello@snarkybarks.com and we'll take care of it.

what's the hat made of?

embroidered cotton dad hat with an adjustable snap back. ponytail-friendly. your dog approves.

what does "ponytail-friendly" mean?

the snap back has an opening so you can pull your ponytail or bun through. because we thought of everything.

what sizes do you have?

one size fits most. the adjustable snap back means it fits a wide range of head sizes. if your head is particularly strong-willed, email us and we'll figure it out.

where do you ship?

we currently ship to the US and Hong Kong. if you're outside those areas, email us at hello@snarkybarks.com and we'll see what we can do.

what's the 10% donation?

10% of every purchase supports orphaned puppies in Hong Kong through local animal welfare organizations. every hat helps a puppy. literally.
