pre-order cancellations

changed your mind? no hard feelings. you can cancel your pre-order for a full refund any time before your order ships. just email us at hello@snarkybarks.com.

returns

if something's wrong with your hat — wrong item, defect, arrived looking like it went through something — email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@snarkybarks.com. include a photo and your order number. we'll make it right.

exchanges

want a different color? email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll swap it out, subject to availability. you'll cover return shipping, we'll cover the rest.

refund timeline

once we process your refund, it takes 5–10 business days to hit your account. your bank might take a little longer. we don't control that part, unfortunately.
